Potholes in Roy Martin Way – the agent is awaiting the start date of the contractor
Signage – the agent is investigating alternative signage at the entrance to Roy martin way, repainting of the road and car park markings and signage to the other car parking area.
Lighting along the area is being looked at with a veiw to repairing any broken lighting and the timer being set to an earlier time to light when darker evenings draw in.
Cigarette stubs and litter generally – the agent has arranged for someone to clear this in the next couple of days. the bins are emptied by Wealden District Council at least weekly, usually it is more often.
The tent – this is being dealt with legally at present
Rough Sleepers in the doorway to the flats – the lighting should help and the rest is being dealt with legally.
The puddle/small flooding near the entrance to co-op – this is being looked at.
