Hire of Council Land & Premises
The Town Council has a number of properties where rooms are for hire:
51 High Street, Polegate
This is a small self contained room which fits around 12 people. It has its own unisex toilet and small kitchen area. Sofas and armchairs. Some tables can be used in that area into the door. The access is not disabled friendly as there is a step up. (Viewings can be made to check suitability)
Times available – Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm (Other times may be available by special arrangement)
Cost to hire £27 for the first hour and £10 for each additional hour thereafter
Council Chambers, 49 High Street, Polegate
This is a larger room which fits 16 people around the table and there is a small seated gallery area. It has the facility for a flip chart and a projector screen. It has one unisex toilet available. It also has a small kitchen area.The room is upstairs which has access via a stair case, which also has a stair lift.
Times available – Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm (Other times may be available by special arrangement)
Cost to hire £27 for the first hour and £10 for each additional hour thereafter with a minimum of 2 hours

Wannock Office Area, Wannock Road, Polegate
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS ON USE FOR THE HIRE OF THIS FACILITY
Due to a covenant on this land, use is restricted to sports and recreation.
This area has a large open room which fits around 30 people. Chairs and tables are available, but not set up.
There is a small kitchen area. A separate gents, ladies and disabled/baby change toilets. The building has an accessible entrance.
Times available (On request, generally Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm, subject to staff availability)
Cost to hire £15 per hour
