As we gather to celebrate the festive season, I would like to extend my warmest Christmas greetings to everyone across Polegate. This wonderful time of year offers us a chance to reflect on what truly matters: community, kindness, and the small but meaningful ways we support one another.
Over the past year, I have been continually inspired by the spirit of our town, the volunteers who give their time so generously, the local organisations that work tirelessly to bring people together, and the residents who look out for neighbours, friends, and those who may be spending this season alone. Your compassion and commitment are what make Polegate such a special place to call home.
As we enjoy festive lights, gatherings, and traditions old and new, I hope each of you finds moments of peace and joy. Whether you are celebrating with family, reconnecting with friends, or taking time to rest and reflect, may this Christmas bring warmth to your homes and hearts.
