A27 Resurfacing works near Brighton and Hove

We’ll be carrying out resurfacing works to the A27 near Brighton and Hove.

To undertake these works safely, well need to the close the A27 eastbound and then westbound overnight between the hours of 8pm to 6am. A27 eastbound works will be between Carden Avenue turning to the A20 junction. The A27 westbound works will be between A270 and Patcham Interchange.

Closure information.

A27 eastbound:

• Saturday 1 February for one night

A27 westbound

• Monday 3 February for five nights

If we are unable to complete our westbound works, we use Saturday 8 February between the hours of 11pm to 6am.

Diversions:

A27 eastbound traffic will be diverted back along the A27 westbound, exit at Patcham Interchange onto A23 southbound London Road, Standford Avenue, Beaconsfield Road, A270 to re-join the A27.

A27 westbound traffic will use the above diversion in reverse
