We're looking for friendly volunteers who enjoy being outdoors to help maintain and improve this wonderful community nature reserve.
No experience is needed – just a love of nature, a willingness to get involved and a desire to make a positive difference in the Polegate community.
Whether you can volunteer regularly or just now and then, every helping hand makes a difference.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Gardening Volunteers – Help with a range of seasonal tasks, including:
  • Weeding and general maintenance
  • Planting seeds and plug plants
  • Habitat improvement
  • Some heavier physical work (optional), alongside lighter gardening tasks
Social Media Volunteer – Help share the story of the reserve by promoting events, wildlife and volunteer activities online.
 
Volunteer Coordinator – Support the volunteer team by welcoming new members, organising sessions and helping everyone stay connected.
