Mornings Mill Farm planning application
You may be aware that at the beginning of November the application was refused by Wealden District Council’s planning committee South, however this was then referred to Planning Committee North for a review of the decision. Polegate Town Council understand that the procedure to do this does not appear to have been followed correctly and therefore has written to the Chief Executive of Wealden District Council for their response to the Town Council’s concerns. The letter has been acknowledged yesterday and we will await a reply in due course.
