We have been notified that the developer here is intending to undertake some works at the front of the Hindsland site. They need to carry out trial trenching in the location of the approved site entrance to establish the exact depth of the existing water main (on their land) as well as needing to assess if the High Voltage main needs to be diverted (on ESCC land).
This work is scheduled for next month and will then be followed by BT who need to establish the line of their services across the front of the site parallel to the road.
All of this survey and service related work needs to be carried out ahead of implementing the consent and will be closely monitored by the developers ecologist who will be on site at all times.
