National Highways will shortly be carrying out the removal of diseased trees along the A27. To undertake these works safely, the A27 will be closed in both directions between Berwick Roundabout and Polegate.
Dates: Friday 9 October for two nights
Times: 9.00pm to 6.00am
These essential works may generate some noise, and National Highways apologises in advance for any disturbance caused.
Diversion Route (Eastbound Traffic)
Drivers wishing to travel eastbound on the A27 should follow the A27 westbound to the A26 northbound, continue to Little Horsted Roundabout, then join the A22 southbound via the Uckfield Bypass before rejoining the A27 at Polegate.
Access for emergency services will be maintained throughout the works.
